About this Provider

e-Jagriti is an initiative by the Government of India to computerize and network the consumer dispute redressal commission across the country. It helps citizens understand consumer rights and file complaints online through the integrated e-Daakhil system. It allows citizens (consumers) to resolve issues related to products, services, insurance, and other consumer disputes without needing a lawyer.

Developed as part of the Government of India’s digital consumer protection system under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. It is a newer integrated portal / ecosystem combining

  1. Consumer awareness
  2. Complaint filing (e-Daakhil)
  3. Case tracking
